The personal information you provide via this on-line application is subject to the Privacy & Personal Information Protection Act 1998. It is being collected by the NSW Office of Energy and Climate Change and will only be used for purposes related to the Register of NSW Corrosion Protection Systems under the Electricity Supply Act 1995. NSW Department of Industry will not disclose your personal information to any party unless authorised by law.

The provision of this information is required under the Electricity Supply (Corrosion Protection) Regulation 2020. If you choose not to provide the requested information it may not be possible to access the corrosion protection systems register.
